I play this game all the time when I'm bored. Here's a simple tip- always hit the ball from the side to start. Often, you'll score without the computer hitting it back once, and you should always win easily. Once I even got it so that I won every single point. Then the challenge becomes not winning, but keeping the AI to a low score.
