That's the tool I used, made a copy of my character, you can do sweet things like however much inventory space you want, anything.

I took my skullmasher, gave it an Atlas Cyclops scope (3.2x zoom, the best), the one special effect Pele Demands a Sacrifice, giving it high damage X4 fire elemental, and uhh, it's 333x6 damage. Basically the best sniper possible IMO.

Of course I won't be an idiot and use this stuff online, just wondered what it would be like, and I wasn't disappointed , it's fun.

This is the ultimate resource for that tool, weapon characteristics and stuff, http://blmodding.wikidot.com/ . I found the tool pretty self explanatory, so you shouldn't have a problem.
