So, yeah, here I am on Lufthansa flight LH445 between Atlanta and Frankfurt, Germany. We just turned east off the coat of Nova Scotia to begin our leg across the Atlantic. I am sitting on the left side of an Airbus A340-300 and am watching the sun set.

I noticed that this plane has a Hot Spot, so I decided to try it out. Wonder if I should try some torrents HAHA! It's not super fast but it works.

Could this be an ATOT first???
 
very likely as most atoters are either college drop out losers with no future or prepubescent morons with nothing better to do than to say "PwN3d" or mutter some other garbage. Hope you enjoy your flight as my first flight on an airbus will likely be my last as it was excruciatingly uncomfortable (for my ears/head/sinuses).

I hope so! But I sadly need to sign off soon as I need to get some sleep. We land in like 6 hours (7:00 AM Frankfurt time), and I have a busy Sunday (working day) ahead of me.
 
LOL. So I just had to run SpeedTest. It asks for a region/test type. There is not option for in-flight over the Atlantic, so I selected Nova Scotia. I did the Wireless 802.11 test.

Communications 341.8 kilobits per second
Storage 41.7 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 24.5 seconds
Subjective rating Not bad

Ouch, getting some bad turbulence uo here.
 
Id happily pay for intar2eb access on the flight. If youre going to any Weltmeisterschaft games I'm going to kill you though!

Actually I think msot of ATOT are 20-30 working or in college. Theres been polls on this
