It starts up and everythings fine to the point of the screen showing the Windows then all of a sudden it reboots? I've changed everything to Safe defaults in the BIOS/Optimized it etc...I don't think it's 1 Hardware problem as I've stripped everything down and exchanged parts short of the Motherboard and I've built plenty many Kits in my Lifetime BTA I could be wrong ;)

Assistance appreciatted ...

You get to the point where it shows the Windows ... what? Desktop? Windows splash screen? What?

Does Last Known Good do anything?

What was the last thing you installed or changed, after the last successful bootup?

Nope tried them all(ie.Safe Mode, Last known, Normal) and nothing new was installed since over 2 months ago and it was working finre then all of a sudden this happens. It's a neighbors Rig so I may just try and reinstall XP in a day or so if I find no solution.

2 months ago I replaced the Video Card ATI 8500LE) and cleaned the Cab and Drivers out ...they had no problems with the Rig until a couple days ago...I build Putes so I have parts and checked/replaced all working parts except the Mobo and HD and the same thing occurs...

So, a few days ago, when the system was last rebooted successfully, did anything change after that last successful reboot? A hotfix installed? A new program installed? New hardware added?

You can go into the registry and disable the autoreboot - that would be nice because it would show the error message. And/or you can send me the minidump (put that hard drive on another machine first) and I can take a look at it....

Appreciate the offer dclive and I may take you up on it ;)...I'll call them tomorrow to check on any new program installs and if there is any important data they want to keep...if not I'll just do a reinstall!
