it never wroked for me. I tried on my gf's machine and rendered her machine non-bootable.

but for every horror story, there are success stories.

I used to use it. I didn't notice any difference in boot times. XP optimizes boot times anyways.

I used to use it. As mentioned MS didn't support it. I didn't notice a difference either. MS stated that it didn't do anything to improve boot times.

Try TuneXP as it has some functions to improve boot times.
