I downloaded this file from Microsofts site but can't figure out how to intall and use. Can someone help me out here? Thank,

Run "bootvis.exe" -> go to "trace" -> next boot + driver delays. You can then let the software reboot your machine and it will determine how long your computer takes to boot (remember the boot time). Then run the software again and go to "trace" -> "optimize system". The software will optimize the booting process for you and give a new, improved boot time. Personally, I've reduced about 20 sec. and the second machine reduced about 35 sec. off of their original boot time. Good luck.
