Bootmagic...help?

I have a dual boot setup, windows 2000 and windows 98 se. I would like to you Bootmagic (since I have it) to make my OS selection on boot up. I can get it to work sort of, except I make a seleciton in BootMagic on boot up and the W2k boot menu still comes up requiring me to make the selection again. What am I doing wrong?

 
Start --> Control Panel --> System --> Advanced --> Startup and Recovery --> Uncheck "Display list of operating systems for XX seconds"
