Booting From Network?

I have a laptop with no internal floppy or cd-rom. It has the capability of booting from network, but i dont know how it works. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks
 
How about doing this from a Windows machine? I've seen BIOS's that support net booting. I probably won't be doing this myself - just curious as to how this would be set up 🙂
