Bootable USB Flash drive that can install both Windows 7 and Windows 8?

It's really easy to make a dedicated USB flash drive to install any single OS but I got to wondering if there was a way to have the ability to install more than one OS from a single flash drive as a way to consolidate the number of drives I have to dedicate to each OS type I wish to be able to install.

I'm looking specifically for a way to make a drive that will do Windows 7 and Windows 8 but it would be even more awesome if I could do a large drive (I have plenty of flash drives from 1GB to 64GB in capacity) that could do installs of Windows 7, 8, 2008 R2 and 2012, Linux and OS X since I install and use all of those OS's on a regular basis.

You'd probably have to do something like this:
