Bootable CD to Flash BIOS

I need help building a bootable CD to flash the BIOS of my older PC. It's an Athlon 64 4200+ X2, and the motherboard (MSI K8N Neo4) won't recognize the CPU unless I update its BIOS.

I don't have a floppy drive, and the motherboard cannot boot from flash drives. So I've been trying to make a bootable CD to run the BIOS update from it.

Problem is, I've tried all the methods listed on Google, and they all lead to the same issue: The CD is bootable, however, I can't access the drive that has the BIOS update (usually K: or R: ). I can't see anything except drive A:, which only has the bootable files. I've tried the CDs on multiple PCs, and did not see the BIOS files on any of them, so the problem is not with the computer.

Does anyone know a reliable method to create a bootable CD with DOS to update my BIOS?
