Boot with Wireless card?

I installed my Wireless PCI card in a PCI card. I will be installing the rest of my parts next sunday on Christmas. Now can I go ahead and put it in now because it says windows will detect it automatically and create a Setup Wizard. Or should I just wait and install after I have it all working?

I just put it in, installed windows, and then ran the CD. It didn't detect it until I ran the driver install, but after that it worked flawlessly
