I setup a SAN Network,
I have a server without HDD, and I want install windows from through network on LUN in Storage,
my question is clearly ?
Can you help me?

step up the google skills, tons of info out there. read about it, then tailor it to your setup.

That occurs often recently.

We have some New members from the Middle East, their English knowledge is rather limited (or None), they seem to use Google Translate for posting. There is some thing in the language that end up auto translated into an opening with Dear.
