Boot time.

How long till the cursor stops having the hour glass? How long till the blue windows screen appears? till the password box pops up? till the start menu comes up?

I think this is a very interesting question. I think more people would reply if there was a poll because that's easier to reply.
 
from the minute i hit power to desktop is not too long... 30-45 seconds somewhere in there.. my new 800JB is a fast booting drive.. and i have as little crap set to run on startup as possible. 😛
