Boot Rom Error

When I try and boot up my Gigabyte 5SMM, i get a boot rom error. This mobo is originally from a Compaq Presario. Is it possible to replace the chip that is causing this error? if so, where would i get one, or have this one reprogrammed.

Any info is def appreciated!
