Boot problem...

I just reformatted 2 Maxtor 80GB HD's that were in RAID 0. I broke the raid and formatted both of them. I reinstalled windows on only one of the drives, the other one is not being used right now. This morning I booted up my computer and it wouldn't boot into windows. It would get to the windows loading screen and would load for longer then normal, then a quick blue screen would flash (I don't think it was the BSOD because the text wasn't the same) and it would reboot. After it rebooted, it brought up the list of boot options... Safe mode, Last known good config, Start windows normally, etc. When I picked normally, it did the blue screen thing again. Last known good config worked fine.... Any idea what this is? How to fix it?

Have you tried booting normally since you used the last known good config?

If not, what OS? If it's XP, you should be able to use the system restore if you need to.
