Boot logger for XP?

XP hangs at the blue "welcome" screen every time I load for about 30 seconds. It just started doing this the other day. I'm sure it's related to a driver, but I can't figure out which one (Installed dozens of programs, this is a new system). I remember, a long time ago, using a program which logged which drivers were being loaded at bootup, and how long each one took to load. This is the exact sort of problem that the program was meant to assist with.

Anyone know of such a boot logger program?
 
Damn, the tool sucks a lot more than i thought. It's not supported anymore and I can see why, the driver part of the tool doesn't work with XP!! <_<

So, anyone know a way to find out what is causing my system to hang at the Welcome screen?
 
MMm yea, not really what I was needing, since that log file doesn't help me identify how long each driver took. But thanks!
