Boot.ini help

Here's how my boot.ini looks like now

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Pro" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(1)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Windows 2000 Pro" /fastdetect

I can boot winxp just fine, but when i try win2k it simply doesnt boot.
Winxp is on my main sata drive which has 3 partitions, and win2k is on my ide drive which also has 3 partitions. So basically the structure is like so...

c: winxp (sata)
d: stuff (sata)
e: stuff (sata)
f: dvd burner
g: win2k (ide)
h: stuff (ide)
i: stuff (ide)

Any ideas how i get win2k to boot?
