"Boot From Atapi CD-Rom" after Reformat

Well, I FINALLY go to the Windows XP setup and I did the installation then it says complete with windows installation to ms-dos or whatever then it asks me to reboot.. I reboot then Boot From Atapi CD-ROM comes up and my cd-rom starts to run for a few seconds then dies down. I tried 3 different cd-rom drives, 2 different ide cables, I checked my bios and it has cd-rom has 1st device to boot up..

What the hell is up? It seems like everytime I get closer to having my main rig up sometime pops up.
 
Not sure what exactly you are asking, but when the "boot from CDROM" option is set you have to press a key on the keyboard when it shows up or it moves to the next boot device defined in the BIOS.
