I have been having a boot problem on my new pc. For the past 4 months, I get this error every other day when I turn the system on:
Scan Devices,Please wait....
Press < Tab > Key into User Window!
HardWare Initiate failed, Please Check Device!!!
The Bios does not be installed. Press <g> to continue!
I then press "G", and it says "No Hard Disc Detected, press F1 to continue". Then I press F1, and it asks me for bootable device or something like that. I then have to shut down from my tower button. When I turn it on again, it boots fine. Everything works normal exept for this, so what could it be?
And this morning, I turned system on and I got no screen at all, just a flashing led light near my power button on case. I shut it down with the button, and then restarted and it booted fine.
I have contacted ASUS and they sent me a list of BS to troubleshoot. I also know of one other person having the exact same problem, he tryed new cables, bigger PSU and it still does the same thing. He also was sent the same list of bs troubleshooting from Asus.
Has this happend to anyone else that has a Asus K8V SE-Deluxe? We really need to find others that are having this same problem, and no one seems to ever have seen this problem before. 🙁
