boot drive choices

I have these two drives available to use as my boot drive and I'm trying to figure out which of the two will be faster. I hesitate to use such a large drive for my OS, but if it is faster, I will do it. My last alternative is to get a 74 GB raptor, but I'm not sure if I can justify the cost.
 
a raptor is a great addition to any gaming desktop... and is worth it in the long run, they hold their value great and will provide your system with overall more snappiness in virus scans, program loads, boot times, game map changes...etc
