Boot Disc Utility

Awhile back, someone linked to software that was a boot disc, had the Windows look and feel, and contained a whole bunch of utilities you could use for troubleshooting/copying files, etc. and I can't remember the name of it or where to find it.

I know that it was not free (so it probably wasn't something like BartPE), it had the default windows XP look when it booted, and it was linked from here at some point.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

I like the free ultimate boot cd. UBCD.
Not sure which one you are referring to as I wouldn't buy one when open source ones work so well.
