You do not really need a program like this since ...well, windows does this all ready.

The best thing you can do to improve hd performance is to have a large cache.

Giving your page file a dedicated partition on a controller separate from your windows drive also seem to boost performance. It has on my PC's

This app has been pretty annoying lately, everytime i load a level in a game it pops up to tell me it's getting low on memory and disabling itself. Why can't it just turn itself off without bothering me? =/
