Thanks to your link, I just spend the past hour and a half going from the top snipers wiki pages, then to reading about the history of the .50BMG round in sniping, and finally to the rifles that fire it (ending up on the Barret M107 and finding it online to buy for $9,000).

If ever there was a need for a "GOD-LIKE!" medal, that man would get it hands down. I mean, not that the others guys listed didn't go through hell and back... but holy S**T. AND he had half his face blown off and lived.

As a sidenote, I am not affiliated with the military in any way. All I know about snipers are simply what I read on wikipedia. In general, I have the utmost respect for military servicemen of all nations considering many of them go through some mind-f****ng stuff that I would never wish to deal with.
