I will add more as I can think of them. Thanks to all in advance!

O'Reilly would probably have all of those and they're pretty good from my experience.

They publish computer books. I guess you've never bought a computer book before. They are the ones with animals on the cover.

The C++ Programming Language, Stroustrup
Not a beginners book, but one of the best out there in my opinion

What are your goals with these books? Are you learning them from scratch? Using them for educational material? Or are you looking for quick reference?

That's a lot of technologies to learn at once.

You'll find 200 books on C++ alone dealing with compilers,gotchas, advanced programming etc.

I would recommend that you choose a single technology to start off with and work on it. Get as many reference books as you can on the subject to help you learn as you go along.

Best thing to do is to read the user reviews to see why they like or dislike a book. It will tell you if the book is too simple or too advanced, or covers the wrong material.

Going to a larger Barnes & Noble in person can be worth it too. Bring a list of questions and see which books can answer them.
