Books for ASP.

There 2 defintions of the word ASP, one being Application Service Provider, and other meaning is Active Server Pages, which is probably what your looking at. I don't know about any books on it, but sometime it's the code on a web page that is composed of vb script, javascript, or some other language.
 
Yeah £40 in the UK! Maybe I'll just get it anyway.

What about a book which explains MFC well? I've already got a couple but they're terrible.
