Bookmark Management

I have to use Internet Explorer for work.
I need to maintain two sets of bookmarks. The ones I use on my PC and a smaller set we use for emergency management computers.
Is there a way to manage two sets on my PC?

I don't understand the problem. Keep the bookmarks in two separate folders?

If you look at the properties for one of your IE bookmarks, you can find the exact location of the shortcut files. Open that folder and organize them how you see fit.
