Book Reading Program like on Macs

Hey,

I have a friend that has a Mac book and he gets his ebooks read to him (by highlighting the text) by a built in program on his Mac. Are there any such programs for Windows users???

You probably have to enable it in the windows install apps. Called either Speech or Narration. Not sure about Vista as I'm at work and on XP.
