Book of names...

Isn't there a book of peoples names that says what people's names mean and also what people think of when they hear that name? Maybe a link or something? I remember my teacher reading off a book of peoples names day before she left (preggers) that said what the name meant and what people think of when they hear that name, ex. "Brian, means "strong one", when people hear this name they think of a Courageous mountaineer, etc. etc..
One reason why she read it off is because some of the descriptions were very true about the person it described which was sometimes [/i]really funny[/i]

Already tried out that site, problem is that only says 'their meanings' and not much else...

Why would you bump this? Seriously, follow those instruction above and you will see hundreds of books that tell you the origins and meanings of names.

What do you want ATOT posters to do for you? Buy them and read them to you?
