Had a company dinner at Ruth's Chris last Sunday and just found out our bonuses are included in tomorrow's paychecks. We get one-week's pay as a bonus so a three week paycheck tomorrow will certainly be well-needed with gift buying to do. I'd be strugglin' this year without it.

Why, because I'm a new member? Get real, I'm new to these forums. Usually I browse the everquest 2 forums all day and my guild forums, but I came across AT while doing some research on pc products.

Should have mentioned if this was merit bonuses or just the free bonus handed out rarely now.

About 80% get bonuses coupled as their compensation. Only about 30% get the typical 'Christmas' bonus.

We all got $1000 this year and last. It's tied to the profits though, if we do not make a profit or the numbers are below a certain threshold the bonus is not paid.

We also get $100 at the annual Cristmas party. Bonus should be about $6000+ but it goes directly into the 401k. After 15 years of bonuses, that has really added up! 😀
