Bonus room ideas

All,

Looking to solicit some ideas for a bonus room we've got in a place we just move into. I asked some co-workers and everyone seems to think it was planned, at one point, to be a bar room. Funfortunately, the homeowners built an extremely large pub-style bar across the house, so we've got little reason to build a second one. It's half-moon in shape, with windows facing out into a back yard and what will be a garden. It's completely tiled, and has a radiant heating system installed. It also has a hot + cold water supply and a drain linked to our septic system nearly in the middle of the room, making placing of furniture a little awkward.

Ideas we've come up with and potentially tossed:

Indoor hot tub (not protected from humidity, no real air flow, floor likely can't handle the weight)
Indoor hydroponics room/garden (probably humidity issues?)

Please tell me there's something we can do with this room other than a cat playroom or storage, that can actually make use of a water supply/return. Thanks!

I'd be worried about a salt float tank, as the drain goes into a septic system. If it's drained out via hose or whatever, maybe.

Sauna I think would have the same problems as the hot tub, regarding humidity. We'd probably have to rebuild the room/create a sauna room inside this room for that to work I think.

As a note, there's a bathroom on the other side of the wall from the bottom of the diagram, there's a shower basically underneath that 60"x26" section.

Home theater room. I didn't read anything about what you wanted or the room but home theater room
Wouldn't work well, it's south facing which means we have sun in the room for the entire day. Could possibly work as a night-time theater but it's attached to our living room which is far more comfortable/spacious.
Grow room.
Are there concerns in a grow room with humidity? We had initially scratched something like this due to that issue.

humidity is an issue. Library/reading room?

Kinda have one of those, a 'study' about the same size in another room of the house. Bookshelves, a little electric fireplace, real nice.

Something involving beds wouldn't go amiss, the family is huge. I was thinking about some kind of bunk bed/military bay system for the children.

Play room.

That would make a pretty good VR room!
A VR room would be awesome if this was our house, not sure the in-laws would be totally for a whole room carved out for mine/the GF's gaming enjoyment.

It looks, however, like we're going to go for a low-humidity grow room. Mostly herbs with some indoor crops, with some potential branching (pun intended) into hydroponics as we get more comfortable with the space.
