My personal view :
Cameron, Hague, Sarkozy, Obama and
Hillary Clinton are psychopaths that
should resign.
My reason, well picture the scene,
three infant children happily playing at home,
a Nato bomb hits the roof of their dwelling, tonnes
of rubble fall on them leaving just bloody stains on the floor.
These five people and many others around the world
describe this and many other similar deaths as
"unfortunate collateral damage".
We should have tried other methods to curtail
Gaddafi`s aggression rather than resorting to
"punishing" military action.

I don't think calling for the violent deaths of our elected officials is the right approach.

You might want to consider a different site to vent on.

Just an idea.

John, your poem doesn't rhyme or follow any classic poetic structure, can you please rephrase it?

Gaddafi has probably killed 10 times as many of his people as we have.

In the long run our actions will saves hundreds if not thousands of lives.

Wow! Killing innocent civilians is ok as long as other innocent civilians are being killed anyway?

Gaddafi and others of his ilk don't need to attack their civilians when we can do it for them, with better munitions!

Gaddafi is a violent savage and violent savages respond only to violence.

They're Muslim, so as far as I'm concerned they need to use larger bombs.

As far as I'm concerned, they were killing the shit out of each other for FREE before we got involved. Huge mistake getting involved in Libya.

It's a pome, not a poem.

Once every one and again we let one of them slip out and this is their first action.

Please accept our sincerest apologies as we accepted yours for GWB.

Worked for Israel it'll work for Libya!

Though I suspect you are being sarcastic. There is a difference between Israel doing what it does to protect its citizens and us bombing and prolonging a civil war in Libya for their citizens.

:\ My point was lost, I shall try to explain it.

Israel would have crushed Palestine and ended the conflict decades ago except for the international community getting involved and stopping hostilities before a proper and clear conclusion could be reached.

In Libya I see the same set of problems with our involvement. We're not outright killing the former government but we're involved enough to stop it from steamrolling the rebels. Therefore Libya is divided in two, only because of our involvement.

We're, at this point, fermenting decades of civil war - which will end up killing tons more people than the initial blood bath. Imagine for a moment, a two state solution for Libya.

And as usual, you are wrong, the continuous bombings of the area would be a clue.

I think you put too much faith in the AF capability on unmarked ground though, especially when there is little cooperation between forces...

Remember how strikes used to suck in Afghanistan... Clear bombings are useless, you need someone to pinpoint it, even the best of missiles are horribly innacurate no matter what you are told.

Your argument is that we really ARE trying to end this by handing Libya over to the Rebels. I only wish that was so clear.

Actually, it's an argument for more men like myself on that ground, i won't be there but it's not like there are not other teams like mine and... you know what, i think i'll stop right there.
