I don't think there has been final confirmation that there is an actual bomb but the dogs have detected something. I just hope it's not a bomb or they can safely defuse it before it goes off.

Yes they have someone as close as they can get to the ESB and people are running away from the building. They just got there. The police wont say anything. They are very serious getting people out of there are. Not sure if other people form other buildings are evacuation. People are seeing suitcases with clothes and belongings so they think apartments have been evacuated. More to come from MSNBC.
