Is the extra money worth spending to get the bolt-on version of this heatsink?

Mobo: Epox 8RDA+
CPU: Athlon XP 2100+

The bolt on version isn't going to cool better, so it's a matter of deciding how paranoid you are that it will fall off when moving the computer. :) I don't think Thermalright would have released a heatsink that would fall off during regular use, but you should take more care when moving it.

The bolt-on won't fall off.
The bolt-on won't destroy the CPU core if you accidentally drop the compauter or bump it hard (or ship the PC).
The socket version cools a touch better. If you sit the PC up and leave it, no big deal...but the socket could break when you move the machine.

So where can I get the bolt-on? Is it something you mod yourself or you can buy?
Thanks.

I misunderstood what you guys meant when you said bolted. I thought that you can screw the fan on instead of using the included clips. What you actually mean is bolted the heatsink to the motherboard.
