Im not finding info on this hope you might help

Just wondering if boinc run with 64 bit and usuing full potenial of a amd x2 chip??

I assume that if you run a 64 bit OS and a 64 bit BOINC client, then yes.

But I think the question rather is if the project your crunch for actually has a 64 bit application. The BOINC client may support 64 bit and benchmark your system accordingly, but then for example, if you crunch SETI or Rosetta, and they only have 32 bit science application, the advantage is gone again.

I don't know if there are 64 bit applications out there yet, sorry.

According to the application-list, SETI@Home does have a 64bit Linux-application, but have no idea if this gives any speed-advantage or not.

There's no official 64-bit BOINC-client, but since 99.98% of time is used in science-application, this shouldn't be a problem.
