By the way, BioDoc, when did you take the initial stats reading for Rosetta? I dumped over 6K about an hour into the challenge, but that doesn't show on your stats. I'm hoping I didn't get the timing wrong!

The stats are a few hours late at the beginning and end of each project in the pentathlon. I guess I would have needed a script to access each project site to time it perfectly. Sorry about that.

The stats are from FreeDC. Thanks Bok! 🙂

Thanks for the stats, biodoc! 😀

BTW: I assume that only granted credits at the end of the crunching period are counted - so all the pending ones are not usable for the race? Well, that's life. 😉

Yes, the pendings at the end of the race is unfortunately not usable in the race. 🙁

This is part of the reason it was an advantage to cache-up all Einstein@home-work before the start of the race, and it would have been an advantage to cache-up with Collatz-work before the race. Unfortunately, due to Collatz is limited to 150 active tasks/GPU, caching everything beforehand in Collatz wasn't possible.

Since both Rosetta and Milkyway is single-quorum-projects, caching wasn't as important in these projects. Also, Milkyway let's you cache much less than Collatz. Still, going directly from Einstein to Rosetta did have it's advantages. 😉

Well, those are the rules. No problem .... I just jumped from 17K to 32K in less than an hour - so quite a few of my WUs have been validated.

Let's finish strong on Rosetta!!🙂

Looks like the Scottish Boinc Team is making a run at Boinc@mixi. If they're successful, we'll have a shot at a tie for 13th place. If I had a Kilt, I would put it on!!

Well, it's over. Through no fault of our own, because Team China passed UBT, we got dropped to 15th overall.

But we kept 7th in Rosetta. 🙂 Our only top-10 finish.

yea the gpu weakness hurt us a bit but I think it was a good race to see where we stand. I agree with what was said before that for our smaller group I think we do well.
