Boinc only seeing one processor

I'm running boinc and it is only seeing one processor of my e6400.

My preferences are set to use up to 4 so whats the problem?
 
Did you refresh BOINC after you changed the number of CPUs? If not, do so. The preferences will not get to the BOINC client without doing so or waiting for the next regular communication between client and project page.
