So my Burnham v7 series oil boiler is leaking.. 1 month after the 10yr warranty is up. Basically bad cast iron block 10 years ago, bunch of people had the same issue.

I read a lot of reviews and everyone had good and bad things to say about them, but mostly from the "experts" in the field.. like to know what other people thinks about these products

Option 1 is to replace the existing one, with one of these band..
Burnham - am I crazy
Viessmann
Buderus
Weil McLain

Option 2, convert to gas.. I have gas already, so I can convert the whole boiler out w/o digging for new line, etc.. But again, the gas boiler would be from the list above or if there are other suggested brand..

I had two Burnam alpine gas boilers installed in October in my house and one of my apartments. I have been really happy with them. I replaced two oil heaters from the 70's.
They claim to be 96% efficent.
