Bogus Inititialize Command

I have a bogus initialize command that appears on a blue screen before windows opens. I don't find it located anywhere in order to erase it. Any ideas?

I'd have to reboot. It says something like this:
initializecommand
c30000a
etc. that's it. After the black screen, before windows.
xp pro
