Bodybuilders all do this for competitions, ya it looks stupid, but believe it or not, they don't really care what you think of it.

Haha! No, they clearly don't care much about other people's opinion of them. I mean, they wouldn't spend countless hours at a gym and a strict diet plan just to look a certain way and nor will they ever be judged on how they look.

As the man above has stated, good sir, you've clearly got the wrong impression of them.
