Doesn't look like they got the paint code right on your bumper. I too have a Graphite Pearl Accord (2004) - it's a pretty unique color.

This would be a reasonable solution on an older car, where the paint has faded - but since the car is an 05, there's no reason they shouldn't be able to get a "pretty damn close" match to the factory paint code.
 
I am not leasing. Some girl hit me and three other cars in the parking lot one evening while I was still in class. I walk outside to find my car halfway over the curb and the rear end all banged up.

I swung by the dealership and they agreed to fix it. The guy was very nice about it and I had no problems at all.
