Three hoop rings on my left ear (two on lobe, one on cartilage) and one eyebrow barbell (went from a thickass 14-gauge to a 16 or 18-gauge..can't remember which exactly). I've taken out my earrings though, and am getting my tongue pierced next week (turning 21 on Monday - woohoo!). In a couple months, I'm getting a wrap-around tattoo on my bicep. Been working out hardcore (switching from creatine serum to andro for a month to see how that goes) but don't wanna get the tattoo til my arm is RIPPED 🙂 I'm dressing more A|X, Kenneth Cole, and Banana now..so the earrings just didn't really fit the look - eheheh

I don't want a tatoo or piercing but I'm Jewish so you can't get a tatoo anyway (well you can but then you cant be buried in a Jewish cemetary.)

A labret is a stud that goes through the center of the piece of skin below the lip. Tragus is a type of ear pierce, and a PA is what my girlfriend won't let me get. :| I have a frenum (frenulum) pierce, and a 2"x2" tattoo on my left shoulderblade that is the chinese symbol for monkey (It's the year I was born).

I have a stud in my left earlobe, & I'm about ready to get intertwined barb/razor wire tattooed around one of my biceps.

In other news, Sarah (the girl in my sig) got her navel pierced today after wanting it done forever. I don't get to see it until December.

I have two earrings in my left ear and one tattoo. The tattoo is a Celtic cross on my left bicep. Once I get back in shape, there will be several more.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! That had to hurt! And then I have to ask why would you puncture your ear like that? Does the wind whistle though it? I dont understand the genital piercing either, especially the uh...dynamics of how the male piercings work in certain intimate situations. Some one with one care to enlighten us? I think you'd be ruining some otherwise "dynamic" action...

PCAddict...

You just brought up one of my questions about tattooing:

If you get it when you're not in as good of shape as you normally would be, & then get back in shape... Will it distort the tattoo? The reason I ask is I went from a VERY physical job (unloading semis) to a non physical job (tech support), so my upper body went to hell compared to what it was. Should I wait until I get back to where I want to be, or does it matter? I'm looking at barbed wire around my bicep, in case it matters...

That's why I want my tattoo on the small of my back. That way there will be no worries about distortion in case I ever bulk up (or God forbid the opposite :Q).

most male genital pierceings actually increase sensitivity, and thus pleasure. Why else would we do such things, if they didn't make us feel good as a result? There is good pain (endorphin rush, anyone?) and bad pain (damn bullets and broken limbs). Some of us just seek to experience good pain more than others 🙂

No tattoes, no piercings. Not ever!

Viper, just remember, unless you want to spend the big $$$ to have it removed at some later date, you're stuck with "barbed wire around the bicep" for the rest of your life..... -kd5-

Kduncan, thats kinda what I was thinking too, around here all the guys with some decoration around their bicep are the cool quarterbacks and stuff 😉

Why would anyone want tattooes on their body, you ask? Why not? It's a form of self expression, albeit one that is not approved of by many people.

Tattoing is okay, but I personally would never do it, to me, it seems like a form of wanting attention and bragging rights.

I've considered getting a tat before and chickened out. 😀 Mostly because of the permanence. What's cool today might look stupid tomorrow.

Henry Rollins has some kickass body art.

Piercings are another story. I had my ear pierced once upon a time but let it heal over. I thought it looked stupid after a while. I don't understand getting anything besides the ear pierced. Nipples, navels and tongues? Ewwwwwww. :Q

I'm pristine so far . . . no holes or pics on me! 🙂

But I've always thought that once I get married, I would have a wedding ring tattooed on my finger.

A wedding wing tattoo? thats creative! but it would be just like having half an heart that said "I love (the girl you like)" on your arm and on her arm, the other half of that heart that said "I love xerox man"

Viper, I am not exactly sure. But, I fear the same thing. So, once I get back in shape, I'll get more art. It's part of my motivation to become fit and trim again.

For some people it is a way of showing off, or attracting attention, or somesuch. For others, though, it's not about the attention, it's about the self expression. My girlfriend has 3 tattoos, all in places that are not generally exposed (but they are in places she could show in public without getting arrested, heh). She also has her hood pierced. She obviously didn't get that done to show off, but just for herself. Every person has their own motivation, though.

Full dragon, wings spread, tail extended. Starts at my lower neck, and covers most of my back, and the tail wraps around my left leg, to mid thigh.

Just ink, no holes in me.

I must say that bragging rights and showing off are not reasons why I got a tattoo, hell, my tattoo isn't in a exposed place. The only people that know about my tattoo are my friends that were around when I first got it and the girls that eventually get to see it.

As for the piercing for pleasure thing.. I can't see why a guy would want to increase his sensitivity unless he's quite the mr. stamina in bed. A lot of guys have trouble umm.. keeping the cat in the bag and I can't see why they would want to increase sensitivity and make it that much harder. But then again, if you don't have that problem, go for it. (note, I'm not trying to say anything personal here 😉 , just a generalization)
