Then why don't you try for me. I'm 5'8" and 115.5 lbs.
Ah, when I put in my waist size, I get 7.2% for Estimate 2.

Tested by what method. There are only a couple of methods that are reliable, and capliers are notorious for not being accurate....just curious.

I'd like to get down to about 10% or so... I dont know where I am at right now though
Arent there scales that can tell you that?
I have one, works pretty well. It's not absolutely accurate, but it's relatively accurate (ie- you can track fat loss on a weekly basis with reasonable accuracy). They're sensitive to how much stuff you have in your intestines/stomach and how hydrated you are so you have to measure yourself at the same time of day after a trip to the can to get decent results.

Estimate #1 based on height and weight
Your "Ponderal Index" is 13.47 which gives an estimated body fat of 4.1% ( 7.7 pounds of fat)
Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of 14.6% (27.3 pounds of fat)
So do I add them together for 18.7%?
I need to hit the treadmill and run more... I wonder how much error is built into that thing....
