I have a question for you bodybuilders out there...
are there any kind of weird hormones or endorphins(sp?) or something released when you are working out? because sometimes when I'm bench pressing and on the final reps where it's getting unbelievably hard I just start laughing! i don't know what it is. This also happens after I have done a sh!tload of sit-ups.
Croton: Once you get into it, you will look forward to the work outs. You feel so damn good after them. Both physically and mentally when you know that you just pushed yourself as far as possible...you just generally feel good 🙂 Plus getting much stronger and just getting a more "cut" look every week helps 🙂
<I wouldn't mind someone telling me how one can get their abs to look like a washboard>
First lower your body fat percentage to about 6%. then see if you need to actually grow any muscle there, for most people you wont have too if the bodyfat percentage is low enough. If you do need more muscle to get the 5-pack, do weighted crunches and leglifts based on where you need the extra muscle.
Most everybody has washboard abs under all that fat..... 🙂
