I know Bobcat is expected to perform better than the Atom but have a worse battery life, but how will it compare to AMDs current mobile offerings such as the Neo II K125?

Bobcat will perform like "90% of today's mainstream performance". Dirk Meyer clarified that by saying "that means fullsize laptops".

So that means it'll be 90% of a ~2.5GHz Athlon II (given AMD's mobile chips go up to 3.1GHz dual-cores).

Power consumption will be comparable to today's netbooks, because Atom's chipset consumes more power than Atom.

Graphics performance will be comparable to a 5450 / Sandy Bridge.
