Never a dull moment with Atlanta's wealthiest ghetto couple.

Officers arrived at the couple's home Sunday evening and found Houston with a cut upper lip and a bruised cheek, Fulton County Police spokesman Kurtis Young said.

Houston told officers that Brown hit her in the face during an argument.

Update:
He's charged with battery.

Singer Bobby Brown was charged with battery Wednesday, three days after a fight with his pop star wife, Whitney Houston, left her injured Sunday.

Fulton County police spokesman Kurtis Young said Brown, 34, received a copy of the charge and was arrested after turning himself in Wednesday.

The former member of the teen R&B group New Edition is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing Jan. 7.

No sh!t. If it's anything like a typical COPS episode, she'll drop the charges because she "still loves him", and he'll proceed to bounce his knuckles off her face over and over again until she either kills him, divorces him or one of them dies.
