Diplomacy is pretty good, though it needs 7 people and destroys friendships.

Has anyone mentioned or played Stratego? One of my favorite along with chess and GO.

I don't know if you would consider it a board game, but does anyone remember the game where its a wooden board with 12 circular indents, and its starts with four(I think) small stones in each of the 12 holes. On the end of each side is a larger hole where you store your stones for points and tally them up to see who wins.

I do enjoy Stratego! havent played it in probably 2 decades though. :(

Ive played that game with the indents and stones. dont remember what it was called, but it was decent.
