Board game help.. Can't remember the name of this game

There was this board game we used to play probably about 15 years ago.
I'm trying to remember what the name of it was.

The general idea was that there were cards with a text puzzle or a play on words and you'd have to figure out
the phrase.

for example, the card would say ....... RockINHardplace

the answer would be "In between a rock and a hard place" because the word "IN" was between the other 2 words.

Does anyone ever remember playing this? I know it's a long shot but I figured I'd ask.

I vaguely remember something similar and the word puzzles were printed on license plates. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, sorry.
