Board for PII X4 955

Trying to pick out a board for a Phenom II X4 955 build.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600
GFX: 1, later 2, 4870 1GB

I'd like if someone could explain to me the differences between the two of them.

Considerations:
Might be using CF if and when I get a second 4870. May just upgrade to a 5xxx.
Will not be using onboard sound or video at any time.
Do not need copious amounts of SATA ports or features like firewire.
Will be buying on/around Christmas.
Will be overclocking.

The main difference is one has on-board video and the other does not.

Since you will not be using video then This is the one of the two you picked you would want to buy.
