BNC cable for 19" trinitron - which to use?

I'm set on getting a BNC cable for my 19" monitor after reading that it improves image quality, particularly 2d, a lot. I've had a look for 'bnc cables' at a couple of online retailers here in the UK, but I'm not really sure which to get. Here are a couple of options.

or what about this one (more expensive...)

Looks like the same but one is 2 meters long and the costlier one is 3 meters.

Just don't waste your money on a cheap one. I bought a $12 one and it didn't improve things at all. Infact it looked worse than my dsub connector.

I think you need a quality cable to see benefits.
