Recently my BMW 328is has had a few instrument panel lights come on and I was wondering if there is a good forum that may have information to troubleshoot some of these lights. The car still drives like nothing is wrong, but the traction control and ABS lights will come on occasionally and I would like to know if it is a simple fix.

I'd try bimmerforums.com for that. They will probably tell you to take it to a mechanic that can read the codes since just a light is not very specific.
 
Sounds like a wheel sensor is going bad. ABS and DSC often work off the same sensor to detect wheel slip. If you get it on the diags I don't doubt it will report which sensor it throwing a code and you can replace it.

^All usual intornest diagnosis caveats apply.
